The Method Race Wheels 107 wheel was the first race wheel to utilize our proprietary patented technology. Unlike most of our desert focused race product, the 107 is a non-beadlock wheel. The wheel is a 16x7 which was dictated by the limited tire size FIA T1 4x4 trucks are allowed to use in competition.

The Method Wheels MR107 is a race-inspired cast aluminum wheel engineered for demanding off-road, rally, and desert applications. Developed as Method Race Wheels’ first wheel to feature proprietary patented bead Grip® technology, the MR107 helps engage the tire bead for improved security when operating at low tire pressures. Its non-beadlock design offers a practical fitment solution for vehicles that require a strong, competition-inspired wheel without an external beadlock ring. This wheel uses a 16-inch diameter and 7-inch width, a configuration originally selected to meet the limited tire requirements of FIA T1 4x4 competition trucks.

The Gloss Titanium finish gives the MR107 a clean, technical appearance while the 12-window design reflects its rally and race-derived engineering. The reinforced inner lip and heat-treated A356 aluminum construction are designed to withstand harsh terrain, impacts, and repeated off-road use. The wheel also provides increased clearance for larger brake calipers, making it suitable for performance-oriented vehicle builds where brake and wheel compatibility are important considerations.
