ICON tubular upper control arm kit is designed to improve the overall performance of the new 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma with corrected front-end geometry, built in additional caster, and improved suspension component clearance. Replacing the OE ball joint with the all-new, serviceable, and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. The rear triple-rate coil design provides a softer droop and ride rates with a firmer overload rate that combine to deliver on-road comfort with excellent bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance. ICON tubular rear upper and lower links employ dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end, and massive FK rod ends at the other to provide the best combination of free articulation while isolating and damping road noise and vibrations. The ICON Billet Adjustable Rear Track Bar helps re-center the rear axle and double adjuster rod end threads allow easy “on-vehicle” fine adjustment of track bar length without requiring removal or disassembly of the track bar. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir rear shocks with integrated bump zones provide improved shock damping ability and utilize a vehicle-specific valving that balances the performance of the truck from front to rear. The ICON K53301T Stage 11 suspension system is engineered for 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma models and delivers improved control, wheel travel, ride quality, and off-road capability. Designed for serious on-road and trail use, the system combines tubular upper control arms, adjustable front coilovers, remote reservoir rear shocks, rear suspension links, a billet adjustable track bar, and engineered coil springs for a balanced suspension upgrade. Adjustable front lift height ranges from 1.25 to 3 inches over stock, while the rear coil springs provide approximately 0.5 inch of lift.
The tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add caster, improve suspension clearance, and feature ICON’s patented Delta Joint PRO with 90 degrees of total articulation. This serviceable and rebuildable joint helps maintain full bump and droop travel while reducing suspension bind. The tubular rear upper and lower links use dual-durometer greaseless bushings and FK rod ends to support free articulation while reducing road noise, vibration, and deflection. The billet aluminum rear track bar allows on-vehicle length adjustment to properly center the rear axle and improve rear suspension performance.
The system includes ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series front coilovers and remote reservoir rear shocks with integrated bump zones, 7/8-inch shafts, and vehicle-specific valving. Each shock features a CDC Valve with 10 compression damping settings, allowing adjustment from softer ride comfort to firmer control. Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies, 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, and ICON-engineered front and rear springs provide durability for demanding use. Application Note 206: This configuration is intended for 4WD models and includes a front differential drop to improve CV joint operating angles. For 2WD Tacoma models, the differential drop is not required, and components may be purchased individually for full system functionality.
