ICON K53301 Stage 11 Suspension System for 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma

The included ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is designed to improve the overall performance of the new 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma with corrected front-end geometry, increased on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and improved suspension component clearance. Replacing the OE ball joint with the all-new, serviceable, and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. The rear triple-rate coil design provides a softer droop and ride rates with a firmer overload rate that combine to deliver on-road comfort with excellent bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance. ICON billet rear upper and lower links feature on-vehicle adjustability via the ICON double adjuster and employ dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end, and massive FK rod ends at the other to provide the best combination of free articulation while isolating and damping road noise and vibrations. The ICON Billet Adjustable Rear Track Bar helps re-center the rear axle and double adjuster rod end threads allow easy “on-vehicle” fine adjustment of track bar length without requiring removal or disassembly of the track bar. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir rear shocks with integrated bump zones provide improved shock damping ability and utilize a vehicle-specific valving that balances the performance of the truck from front to rear. The system includes 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs, 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks with remote reservoirs and integrated bump zones, billet aluminum upper control arms, adjustable rear links, an adjustable rear track bar, and triple-rate rear coil springs. Front lift is adjustable from 1.25 to 3 inches over stock, while the rear springs provide approximately 0.5 inch of lift.
The included billet aluminum upper control arms correct front suspension geometry and provide on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment. Each arm uses the serviceable and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO, which offers 90 degrees of total articulation to help maintain smooth suspension movement through full bump and droop travel while reducing bind. The rear upper and lower links use ICON double adjusters for on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment, combining dual-durometer greaseless bushings with FK rod ends for articulation, durability, and reduced road noise.
ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks feature vehicle-specific valving and CDC Valves with 10 compression damping settings, allowing adjustment from softer street comfort to firmer off-road control. Remote reservoirs improve heat management, while corrosion-resistant shock bodies, 7/8-inch shafts, and 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum components support long-term performance. The adjustable billet rear track bar helps recenter the rear axle and can be fine-tuned on the vehicle without removal. This kit is configured for 4WD Toyota Tacoma models; 2WD applications do not require the front differential drop, and compatible components may be purchased separately. Professional installation and alignment are recommended.
