ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on- and off-road. This Stage 10 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks featuring CDEV equipped remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input. These coilovers are also height adjustable from 1.25-3” of front lift height over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The front differential drop brackets and ICON’s specifically designed coilover lengths maximizes the available front suspension travel and prevent CV bind. Additionally, polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to help limit differential movement under load. Designed for 4WD models, this complete system combines vehicle-specific 2.5 Series front coilovers with CDEV-equipped remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, billet aluminum upper control arms, billet rear lower links, and triple-rate rear coil springs. The adjustable front coilovers provide 1.25 to 3 inches of front lift over stock, while the rear springs provide approximately 0.5 inch of lift and a balanced suspension profile.
ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor chassis movement and G-forces, allowing the system to make near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments through the ICON Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV). Wireless control through the ICON Intelligent Control app lets drivers configure damping behavior and terrain-specific settings, after which the system operates automatically. Remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and cooling surface area to help resist overheating, cavitation, and damper fade during demanding use. Corrosion-resistant shock bodies, 7/8-inch shafts, FK rod end bearings, and 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components support long-term durability and precise suspension operation.

Polyurethane differential mounting bushings help reduce differential movement under load, while the billet aluminum upper control arms provide added strength and on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment. ICON's patented Delta Joint Pro delivers 90 degrees of total articulation, and the adjustable rear lower links improve rear articulation while allowing pinion angle adjustment. Application Note 206: This configuration is intended for 4WD models. When installed on a 2WD Toyota Tacoma, front differential drop kit part number 55160 is not required, and the remaining components can be purchased individually with full system functionality.
