ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on- and off-road. This Stage 10 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks featuring CDEV equipped remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input. These coilovers are also height adjustable from 1.25-3” of front lift height over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The combination of front differential drop brackets and ICON’s specifically designed coilover lengths maximizes the available front suspension travel and prevents CV bind. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to help limit differential movement under load. The front coilovers offer adjustable lift from 1.25 to 3 inches over stock, helping accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations while allowing suspension tuning for individual vehicle requirements. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and cooling capacity to help resist overheating and damping fade during demanding driving. ICON Intelligent Control uses onboard sensors to monitor chassis movement and G-forces, while the Compression Damping Electronic Valve enables near-instant compression adjustments. Settings can be managed wirelessly through the ICON Intelligent Control app, after which the system operates automatically without continuous driver input.
This Stage 10 system includes a front differential drop for 4WD models, improving CV joint operating angles and maximizing available front suspension travel. Polyurethane differential bushings help reduce differential movement under load, while the billet upper control arms provide strength and on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment. The patented Delta Joint Pro offers substantial articulation, and the rear lower links improve articulation while providing pinion angle adjustment. Corrosion-resistant shock bodies, 7/8-inch shafts, FK rod-end bearings, and CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components support long-term performance. Application Note 206: The kit is configured for 4WD Toyota Tacoma models. The front differential drop kit is not required for 2WD applications; select components may be purchased individually for 2WD installation.
