ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on- and off-road. This Stage 9 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks featuring CDXS equipped remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. Stage 9 also features ICON's exclusive Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves for precisely dialing in your suspension performance. CDXS controls fluid flow under compression, with independent adjustability of high speed and low speed compression force. 10 discreet detented settings for both low and high-speed adjustment knobs allow separate adjustments for handling response and overall aggressiveness. These coilovers are also height adjustable from 1.25-3” of front lift height over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The front differential drop brackets and ICON’s specifically designed coilover lengths maximizes the available front suspension travel and prevent CV bind. Additionally, polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to help limit differential movement under load. The ICON K53299S Stage 9 suspension system is engineered for 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma 4WD models and serious drivers who demand improved control, wheel travel, and ride quality on and off the road. The system combines vehicle-specific 2.5 Series front coilovers, remote reservoir rear shocks, ICON-engineered coil springs, billet aluminum suspension components, and advanced damping adjustments to deliver a balanced, tunable suspension package. Adjustable front coilovers provide 1.25-3 inches of lift over stock, supporting larger wheel and tire combinations while maintaining purposeful suspension geometry.
The front coilovers feature ICON CDXS, or Compression Damping Dual Speed, technology with independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment. Ten detented settings for each adjustment knob allow drivers to tune handling response and overall suspension aggressiveness. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil capacity and cooling surface area, helping resist heat-related damper fade during demanding driving. Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies, 7/8-inch shafts, and FK rod end bearings support long-term durability and consistent performance.
Billet aluminum upper control arms use the patented Delta Joint Pro for 90 degrees of total articulation, along with on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment for improved drivability. Billet rear lower links provide enhanced rear-end articulation and pinion angle adjustment, while triple-rate rear coil springs add 0.5 inch of rear lift and help improve ride quality. For 4WD applications, the included front differential drop brackets improve the operating angle of the CV joints and help maximize available front suspension travel. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings also help reduce differential movement under load.
This ICON Stage 9 system is configured for 4WD 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma models. For 2WD installations, the front differential drop kit is not required; other components may be purchased individually while retaining their intended functionality. Professional installation and alignment are recommended after installation.
