ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on- and off-road. This Stage 7 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks featuring remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. These coilovers are also height adjustable from 1.25-3” of front lift height over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The combination of front differential drop brackets and ICON’s specifically designed coilover lengths maximizes the available front suspension travel and prevent CV bind. Additionally, polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to help limit differential movement under load. Designed to increase wheel travel, improve damping capability, and enhance overall vehicle control, this system delivers a balanced ride both on and off the road. The kit is configured for 4WD applications and combines vehicle-specific components for improved suspension geometry, durability, and ride quality.
The system includes ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs. Adjustable coilover settings provide 1.25-3 inches of front lift over stock, supporting larger and more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil capacity and cooling surface area, helping resist overheating, cavitation, and damper fade during demanding driving. Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies, 7/8-inch shafts, FK rod end bearings, and 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components provide dependable performance under hard use.

When installing on a 2WD Tacoma, front differential drop kit part number 55160 is not required; the remaining components may be purchased individually for full system functionality. 2WD-specific kits may be available separately.
