ICON K53213 Stage 3 Suspension System with CDC Valves for 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra

This Stage 3 system features the 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra VS 3.0 Series remote reservoir front coilovers equipped with CDC Valves. These adjustable coilovers allow up to 1.25-3.25” of lift height adjustability over stock when using the ICON billet front upper control arms, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The larger 3.0 Series shocks offer 50% more piston surface area in the ride zone of the shock's travel, and 100% in the “Bump Zone”, compared to 2.5 Series shocks. The multi-stage hydraulic Bump Zone exponentially increases bottom-out resistance as the shock travels through the last 40% of travel, keeping vehicle dynamics in check during those hard hits or unexpected obstacles. The included ICON CDC Valves are externally adjustable valves that restricts oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges. Additionally, ICON’s Vehicle-specific shock length yields the maximum travel possible (up to 40% increase over stock), all translating into increased stability and vehicle control at the extremes of off-road use, with benefits also making themselves apparent in on-road driving conditions. Stage 3 includes 3.0 remote res coilovers for 1.25-3.25” of lift, max performance and 35” tire fitment. Billet UCAs, links, rear coils, track bar and 3.0 Series remote res shocks balance shock damping. CDCV for damping adjustment. TECH NOTE: Included rear springs net .5" of rear lift on a Tundra without TRD Off-Road or TRD Sport suspension packages. A Tundra equipped with TRD Off-Road or TRD Sport packages and TRD Pro will net 0" of lift, remaining at stock height in the rear. ICON 3.0 Series shocks provide increased piston surface area compared with 2.5 Series shocks, along with a multi-stage hydraulic Bump Zone that increases bottom-out resistance during the final portion of shock travel. Vehicle-specific shock lengths allow up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing original equipment components. Externally adjustable CDC Valves provide 10 compression damping settings, allowing the suspension to be tuned from softer comfort-oriented performance to firmer control for demanding terrain.

The included billet aluminum upper control arms improve strength and durability while providing on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment. Their patented Delta Joint Pro offers 90 degrees of total articulation for improved suspension movement. Billet rear upper and lower links improve articulation and enable pinion angle adjustment, while the adjustable rear track bar helps center the rear axle and optimize suspension performance. Sway bar drop brackets reduce binding in the original equipment sway bar links, and all ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Included rear springs provide approximately 0.5 inch of rear lift on Tundra models without TRD Off-Road or TRD Sport suspension packages. Tundras equipped with TRD Off-Road, TRD Sport, or TRD Pro packages generally remain at stock rear height with these springs. For additional rear lift, ICON recommends considering part number K53213S.
