ICON K53204S Stage 14 Suspension System for 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra, 1.25-3.5-Inch Lift

This Stage 14 system features the 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra VS 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers equipped with CDE Valves. These adjustable coilovers allow up to 1.25-3.5” of lift height adjustability over stock when using the ICON billet front upper control arms, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. ICON’s Vehicle-specific shock length and valving along with the larger 2.5” shock body and increased piston area over stock components yield the maximum travel possible (up to 40% increase over stock) along with superior ride quality and suspension performance both on- and off-road. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input. Stage 14 includes remote res coilovers for 1.25-3.5” of lift, performance and 35” tire fitment. Billet UCAs, links, rear coils, track bar, and 2.5 Series remote reservoir shocks for balanced shock tuning. CDEV for active damping adjustment. APPLICATION NOTE #149: For 4WD models without TRD Off-Road package ICON recommends using ICON Diff Drop (Part# 55156) or using Toyota TRD axles (Part# 434200C020 Driver / 434100C020 Pass). Failure to do so could result in front axle damage. Not required for TRD Pro.

Designed for TRD models, this vehicle-specific system combines 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers, rear remote reservoir shocks, billet aluminum upper control arms, rear links, rear coil springs, and an adjustable rear track bar for improved control, articulation, and ride quality on and off the road. The front coilovers provide adjustable lift from 1.25 to 3.5 inches over stock when used with the included billet upper control arms, supporting larger wheel and tire combinations, including tires up to 35 inches depending on vehicle configuration and wheel fitment.
The ICON Intelligent Control system uses onboard sensors to monitor chassis movement and G-forces while applying near-instant compression damping adjustments through the Compression Damping Electronic Valve at each shock. Drivers can configure and control the system wirelessly through the ICON Intelligent Control app, while the system continues to operate automatically once configured. Remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and cooling surface area, helping resist heat-related damping fade during demanding off-road use. Vehicle-specific shock lengths, valving, and larger piston areas provide up to a 40 percent increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing original equipment components.
The Stage 14 system includes triple-rate rear coil springs, billet rear upper and lower links, an on-vehicle adjustable rear track bar, sway bar drop brackets, and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks for balanced tuning with the front coilovers. ICON upper control arms feature the patented Delta Joint Pro with 90 degrees of total articulation and on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment for improved drivability. All ICON shock absorbers are rebuildable and re-tunable for long-term serviceability. For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, ICON recommends using the ICON Diff Drop, Part 55156, or Toyota TRD axles to help prevent front axle damage; this recommendation does not apply to TRD Pro models.
