ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner and 2010-2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on and off-road. This Stage 6 system includes vehicle-specific tuned, extended travel 2.5” coilover shocks featuring remote reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. These coilovers are also height adjustable for 0-3.5” of front lift over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms not only add strength and durability but help retain factory alignment specs, offer on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment, and allow proper wheel alignment at the lift height this system provides. ICON billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links are made from CNC machined 6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance. These link arm kits feature PTFE-lined FK rod ends and greaseable polyurethane bushings for increased suspension articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle link arm length adjustability. ICON rear coil springs deliver on-road comfort and superior off-road performance with 2” of rear lift height over stock for a level stance front to rear. An adjustable rear track bar is included to provide proper rear axle alignment, improve articulation, and ensure fitment on KDSS equipped 4Runners. The 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks’ larger diameter offers outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street. Remote reservoirs ensure optimum performance by keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. They also feature a unique internal Bump Zone that creates an additional 20% of damping force to help better control hard bottom outs. The ICON K53066 Stage 6 Suspension System is engineered for serious 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner and 2010-2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser drivers who demand improved control, ride quality, and off-road capability. The system combines vehicle-specific tuned, extended-travel 2.5-inch front coilover shocks with remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms, adjustable rear links, rear coil springs, an adjustable rear track bar, and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks. Together, these components increase wheel travel and improve damping performance on and off the road.
The height-adjustable front coilovers provide 0-3.5 inches of front lift over stock, while the rear coil springs provide approximately 2 inches of lift for a balanced stance. Remote reservoirs help maintain consistent shock performance during demanding use by improving cooling capacity. The rear shocks also feature ICON’s internal Bump Zone, which adds damping force to help control hard bottom-out events. Vehicle-specific tuning delivers responsive handling, improved suspension control, and a smoother street ride without sacrificing off-road performance.
