ICON K53061 Stage 1 Suspension System for 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner and 2010-2014 FJ Cruiser

This is our entry level suspension system for the 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner and 2010-2014 FJ Cruiser. The Stage 1 system works well in most on and off-road scenarios by significantly improving factory body roll and overall driving ability. ICON 2.5 Series front coilover shocks feature a vehicle-specific tune to give your Toyota 4Runner great ride quality on or off-road, and they are adjustable from 0 to 3.5" of lift. Our rear 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks in this system are tuned to match the front 2.5 Series coilovers in every aspect, providing smooth and consistent damping performance front to rear. This system is finished off with a pair of 2" lift rear coil springs that have been engineered to further improve ride quality and handling. The ICON K53061 Stage 1 Suspension System is an entry-level suspension upgrade for the 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner and 2010-2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Designed for balanced on-road comfort and off-road capability, this system helps reduce factory body roll, improve handling, and deliver more controlled driving performance across varied terrain. The vehicle-specific shock tuning provides consistent damping and ride quality from front to rear.
The system includes ICON 2.5 Series front coilover shocks with adjustable ride height from 0 to 3.5 inches, along with 2-inch lift rear coil springs engineered to improve handling and ride quality. ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks are tuned to complement the front coilovers, creating smooth and predictable suspension control. The bolt-on design requires no cutting or welding, making installation straightforward when used with compatible factory components.
Built for long-term performance, the front coilover shocks feature corrosion-resistant CAD-plated bodies, 7/8-inch shafts, and FK rod-end bearings designed to provide durability with minimal deflection. The rear shocks use a 5/8-inch shaft and an internal floating piston design for controlled damping. CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components help reduce weight while maintaining strength. The system also increases wheel travel and ride quality compared with the factory suspension. A bump stop spacer kit is available for installations that require additional thread exposure beyond the maximum recommended adjustment. Professional installation and alignment are recommended after installation.
