ICON K53010T Stage 10 Suspension System with Tubular UCAs for Toyota Tacoma

The Stage 10 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series Extended Travel coilover shocks featuring a remote reservoir with CDCV for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. The included ICON CDC Valves are externally adjustable valves that restricts oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges. These coilovers are also height adjustable from 0-3.5” for 2005-2015 models or 0-2.75" for 2016-2023 models, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Used in conjunction with the included ICON upper control arm, these extended travel coilovers add increased droop travel to the front suspension. The included ICON tubular upper control arm kit is designed to improve the overall performance of the Toyota Tacoma with corrected front-end geometry, built in additional caster, and improved suspension component clearance. To increase the ride quality of the truck and gain additional droop travel, the ICON RXT multi-rate leaf springs are added to the rear. Designed with an additional leaf (included with kit) that can be exchanged or added to the pack to yield an additional 10-20% spring rate, this leaf spring is perfect for drivers seeking improved rear ride quality in an “unloaded” vehicle as well as those that are have outfitted their trucks with a significant amount of weight in the form of a bed rack, roof top tent, spare tires, parts, or other additions. The ICON K53010T Stage 10 Suspension System is engineered for serious off-road performance on select 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma models. This complete system combines vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series Extended Travel front coilovers, ICON tubular upper control arms, and RXT multi-rate rear leaf springs with adjustable 2.5 Series Omega Bypass rear shocks. Together, these components increase wheel travel, improve damping control, and enhance ride quality both on and off the road. The complete ICON system must be installed to achieve the advertised wheel travel; mixing components from other manufacturers may reduce performance and could cause damage.
The remote-reservoir front coilovers use CDC Valves to provide 10 externally adjustable compression damping settings, allowing drivers to fine-tune suspension performance from soft to firm. Height adjustment provides up to 3.5 inches of front lift on 2005–2015 Tacoma models and up to 2.75 inches on 2016–2023 models, supporting more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Extended travel design increases front suspension droop, while the included tubular upper control arms improve alignment geometry, add caster, increase component clearance, and provide durable performance with ICON Delta Joint technology and FK rod ends.
At the rear, ICON RXT multi-rate leaf springs improve unloaded ride quality while accommodating additional vehicle equipment and payload. The included auxiliary leaf can be exchanged or added to adjust spring rate across three configurations, offering approximately 10–20 percent additional capacity. RXT rear shocks use a side-mounted lower eyelet for increased travel while retaining the factory mounting location, and 2.5 Series Omega Bypass shocks provide adjustable compression and rebound control. CAD-plated shock bodies, 7/8-inch shafts, and CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components support long-term durability. ICON 1K testing validates the system's tune, strength, and performance under demanding off-road conditions.
