APPLICATION NOTE #374: Tundra lift heights above 2.25” require sway bar drop bracket kit part number 55154. Required for all lift heights on Tundra TRD Pro and Sequoia. When installing 55154 on model equipped with TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro, part number 55164 is also required.

ICON CDXS technology provides independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment, allowing drivers to fine-tune handling response and suspension aggressiveness. Vehicle-specific shock lengths and valving are matched to each application for maximum available travel and consistent ride quality.
The coilover system provides front lift adjustment from 1.25 to 3.25 inches over stock on the Toyota Tundra and from 3 to 4.25 inches on the Toyota Sequoia. Installation on Tundra models with more than 2.25 inches of lift requires ICON sway bar drop bracket kit 55154. Kit 55154 is required at all lift heights on Tundra TRD Pro and Sequoia models; vehicles equipped with the TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro also require part number 55164 when installing 55154. The shocks feature PTFE-lined spherical bearings, CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components with black anodized finishes, and 7/8-inch induction-hardened chrome-plated shafts.
