ICON 54002G Billet Rear Lower Link Arms for Toyota Tundra, Sequoia and Tacoma

ICON’s billet aluminum rear lower link arms for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra, 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia, and 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma are a significant upgrade over the factory units due to increases in strength, adjustability, and performance. These links are made from CNC machined 6061 aluminum in-house and anodized for corrosion resistance, providing a major improvement over the construction of the stock units. An all-new gold anodized finish matches ICON shock absorbers for a splash of color in the wheel well and provide a custom look to any build. This rear lower link arm kit features PTFE-lined FK rod ends for increased suspension articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle link arm length adjustability using ICON’s double adjuster system. Additionally, multi durometer bushings are installed that allow for noise free operation and maximum angularity without the need for periodic greasing and/or other maintenance. The quality rod ends and bushings featured in these link arms allow the vehicle’s suspension to function as intended, without the bushing bind that limits the vehicle in stock form. ICON’s engineering team has also gone a step further in the development of these products by incorporating features such replaceable nylon rock sliders to prevent any hang-ups on the trail. After the design phase was completed ICON engineers put these parts through the “ICON1K” real-world test cycle for a final stamp of approval. ICON billet trailing arms are light, strong, and engineered to improve off-road ride quality. ICON 54002G rear lower link arms use large FK JMX16T PTFE-lined rod ends and ICON’s Double Adjuster System for on-vehicle adjustment. This allows the link arm length to be tuned for different ride heights and pinion angles without removing the links from the vehicle. Maintenance-free dual-durometer bushings provide increased angularity and noise isolation without requiring periodic greasing, while reducing the bushing bind found in many factory suspension components.
A vehicle-specific, high-clearance design helps reduce contact with trail obstacles, and replaceable nylon rock sliders protect the link arms from damage during off-road use. The lightweight, strong construction was developed and validated through ICON’s ICON1K real-world test cycle.
