ICON 51035X CDXS Remote Reservoir Upgrade Kit for Toyota Tacoma, FJ Cruiser, 4Runner and Lexus GX

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Coilover CDXS Reservoir Upgrade Kit is used to upgrade a set of ICON internal reservoir coilovers from a 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma, 2007-2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser, 2003-2024 Toyota 4Runner, or 2003-2023 Lexus GX470/GX460 to remote reservoirs with CDXS dual speed compression adjusters during a shock rebuild. The addition of remote reservoirs will greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. ICON's exclusive Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves are included for precisely dialing in your suspension performance. CDXS controls fluid flow under compression, with independent adjustability of high speed and low speed compression force. 10 discreet detented settings for both low and high-speed adjustment knobs allow separate adjustments for handling response and overall aggressiveness. This kit includes all required components for the CDXS reservoir upgrade including top caps, reservoirs, reservoir brackets, hoses, CDXS assemblies, seal kits and extension spacers to also convert the coilovers to extended travel units if desired. The ICON Coilover CDXS Reservoir Upgrade Kit is used to upgrade a set of ICON internal reservoir coilovers from a 05-23 Toyota Tacoma, 07-14 FJ Cruiser, 03-23 4Runner, or 03-23 Lexus GX to remote reservoirs during a shock rebuild. APPLICATION NOTE #245: Requires rebuild of coilovers with some specialty tooling required. Installation by qualified shock technician is recommended.
