ICON 22023 Rear Adjustable Lower Link Kit for 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL

ICON’s tubular steel rear lower link arms are a significant upgrade over the factory units due to increases in strength, adjustability, and performance. These components are made from CNC machined 1026 DOM steel and welded in-house, providing a major improvement over the construction of the stock units. This rear lower link arm kit features PTFE-lined FK rod ends and multi durometer, maintenance free bushings for reduced deflection, link arm length adjustment and increased articulation, without the bushing bind that limits the vehicle in stock form. After the design phase was completed ICON engineers put these parts through the “ICON1K” real-world test cycle for a final stamp of approval. ICON fabricates the link arms from CNC-machined and notched 1026 DOM steel, then welds them in-house for dependable durability and consistent fitment.
The ICON 22023 kit uses large, PTFE-lined FK rod ends and multi-durometer, maintenance-free bushings to control deflection while allowing increased suspension articulation and responsiveness. Adjustable link length provides the ability to fine-tune the rear pinion angle, helping support optimized suspension geometry for modified Wrangler JL applications. The bushings require no grease for their service life, reducing maintenance requirements while eliminating the binding commonly associated with stock components. Installation is designed for the original equipment mounting locations and includes application-specific hardware.
Each component is finished with a durable semi-gloss black powder coat for corrosion resistance and a clean appearance. Before production approval, ICON subjected the kit to its rigorous ICON1K real-world testing cycle to validate performance, strength, and durability under severe off-road conditions.
