The integrated internal floating piston separates oil from high-pressure nitrogen gas to provide consistent damping and fade-resistant performance. FOX combines a race-developed main piston with an aluminum body that dissipates heat more efficiently than conventional steel construction. Teflon-lined, heat-treated spherical bearings help support smooth suspension movement, while the external reservoir system promotes rapid heat dissipation. The shock is fully serviceable and tunable, allowing maintenance and performance adjustments over its service life. An aluminum reservoir clamp is included for installation.
