Unlike traditional shocks, “resi” shocks use a remote reservoir which allows additional fluid to dissipate heat more effectively - reducing shock fade. Resi shocks also allow for more responsive performance by reducing aeration (foaming) of the internal fluids by separating it from the nitrogen gas charge. The Eibach PRO-TRUCK Reservoir Rear Shock, part number E60-82-096-02-01, is engineered to improve off-road handling and damping performance on 2022 and newer Toyota Tundra models with 0 to 1.5 inches of lift. Its external reservoir provides additional fluid capacity and improves heat dissipation, helping reduce shock fade during demanding trail use. Separating the shock fluid from the nitrogen gas charge also helps minimize aeration for more consistent, responsive performance.
Built with a monotube, high-pressure design, this Eibach rear shock uses a heavy-duty 46mm piston and nitro-coated piston shaft for durable operation in challenging environments.
